中文摘要摘要 中文摘要 摘要 高层建筑适地性与节地性研究对于我国城市建设、人口及土地资源利用、高 层建筑的现在和未来、国民经济发展和人类生存环境有着一定的意义。相对于～ 般多层建筑，高层建筑有其自身的许多优势，本课题的研究旨在为创造美好宜人 的高层建筑提供可操作性的设计方法，并完善其设计理论，以期对我国高层建筑 设计有所裨益，在某种意义上，高层建筑适地性与节地性研究也是对高层建筑未 来发展的探求。 文章首先从高层建筑适地性与节地性的概念界定入手，对高层建筑在世界及 中国范围内的发展历史及发展中出现的问题做一个简明的阐述，然后对高层建筑 的适地性与节地性结合具体实例进行分析、归纳和总结，最后对高层建筑未来的 发展趋势及设计倾向进行了分析及展望。 高层建筑的适地性与节地性策略及方法研究是论文重点。文章就高层建筑的 适地性理念、出发点、接地方式、技术条件、不同地形场地竖向空间及交通运输 处理方式、工程措施、建筑功能构成、空间组织方式及设计特点、环境构成要素 及设计特点、设计手法等问题进行了论述，探索对高层建筑适地性与节地性设计 方面的～些规律和需要注意的问题。 本文虽然是论述高层建筑适地性与节地性问题研究，但同时对其它种类的建 筑及环境设计也有一定的参考作用，城市空间的发展趋势是有菸通性的，本文对 高层建筑进行适地性与节地性的研究，以期为今后的设计提供一些理论依据和实 证参考应用价值。 关键词：高层建筑，适地性，节地性。环境。设计方法 英文摘要ABSTRACT 英文摘要 ABSTRACT Research on adaptability and saving on site ofhi曲-rise building has sure meanings to the urban construction of Our country,population and land utilization of resouroes， now and future in skyscraper,national economic development and the human living environment．To the general multilevel building，there are its a lot of one’S own advantages in the high—rise building．Research of subject this aim at the design method to offer for creating the beautiful and pleasant high-rise building effectiveness．And perfect design theory its，it expects to be architectural design beneficial to of Our country hi曲level，At certain meaning，adaptability and saving site of tligh—rise building study and seek to high-rise building development in the future too fight． Article starts with defining ofthe concept ofhi曲一rise building at first．Do concise expositions to question that high，rise building appear in the developing history and development within the range of world and Chinese，Then adaptability and saving on site combine concrete instance analyses，summed up and summarizes right to high—rise building．To the development n锄d and designing inclining to analyses and looks into the distance in future ofthe high-rise building finally． Research on adaptability and saving on site of high-rise building tactics and method it studies to be thesis focal point righ
