高密度环境下的高层住宅适居性研究 THE STUDY OF HABITABILITY OF HIGH-RISE HOUSING UNDER HIGH-DENSITY ENVIRONMENT ABSTRACT At the present stage China big city is faced with many problems such as high population density、Land nervous、low utilization of resources、energy supply is not focused、traffic system is not reasonable、ecological environment deterioration .So all of our big cities are faced with huge challenge, and high-rise high-density housing should be a strategy which can alleviate these problems, but due to its characteristics it still has some problems in habitability aspect .Therefore this paper aim at these problems conducted a study, try to propose some solutions, so advance habitability of high-rise high-density housing effectively, satisfies current residents living demand under the present background. Firstly, this paper states the background and significance of the study of the habitability of high-rise housing under high-density environment ,as well as the current situation and development tendency of the study in China at the present of high-rise high-density housing . Differentiates and correct the related confusingly concept and wrong understand of high-rise high-density housing. Refer to domestic and overseas study of high-rise high-density range ,and according to our countrys residential development situation summing up our country delimitate the high-density range ,thereby define the related concepts of high-rise high-density housing. This paper summarize Singapore、Japan、China Hong Kong and domestic related theory achievement , summarize and take the experience of high-rise high-density development. Secondly, detailed analysis the related factors to the habitability of high-rise ,These related factors include: Chinas Social Economy(Social population、family structure、consumption model、economic pattern、related policy etc.); Chinas ecological environment(Environmental Bearing Capacity、Ecological Footprint、environmental quality etc.); Chinas Regional Culture(Cultural
