高校大学生体质健康现状调查 目的：了解某高校四年制在校大学生体质健 康现状，提出改善体质健康水平的措施。方法：选取该高校 四年制大学生为调查对象，通过查阅体质测试中心2013年 四年制在校大学生的体质测试记录数据，对其进行分析、研 究。然后采取分层、随机抽样方法（以年级为分层标准，每 年级随机抽取三个班作为样本）对研究对象的可能影响体质 健康因素进行问卷调查，共发放问卷500份。结果：该校大 学生体质健康状况及格率为55. 1%,其中及格水平占总体的 29. 6%,良好水平占总体的24. 5%，优秀水平仅占总体的1. 0%。 从大一到大四该校学生每天参加体育锻炼时间在1小时及以 上的，总体上出现减少趋势；从大一到大四连续坚持体育锻 炼的时间少于1个月的学生所占比重均为最多，且数量呈现 增加趋势。结论：该校学生体质健康状况整体较差，应引起 高度关注，并积极采取有针对性的预防干预措施，以提高该 校学生的体质健康水平。 关键词：大学生体质健康现状与对策 Research and Analysis of Physical Health Status of Students in A University Factors ZHENG Kai, REN Li-ping, WANG Liu-hang, LI Jiang-fei(Jinlin Medical college, Jilin Jilin 132013) Abstract: Objective： To understand a four-year college students in a college physical health situation, propose measures to improve physical health. Methods: The four-year university college for the survey, by referring to the physical testing center in 2013 to record data in a four-year college students physical fi tness test ， analyze and research. Then take the stratified random sampling method ( with grades of stratification criteria， three classes for each grade were randomly selected as a sample ) to study the factors that may affect the physical health questionnaire， 500 questionnaires were distributed . Results： The school students’ physical fi tness pass rate of 55. 1%， of which 29.6% pass level overall， a good level of 24. 5% overall，excellent overall level of only 1. 0 %. From freshman to senior school students to participate in daily physical exercise appeared to reduce the trend in one hour and above， on the whole ； doing physical exercise for less than a month the proportion of students from freshman to senior daily average to most, and the number of a rising trend . Conclusion： The students overall poor physical health status， should cause great concern， and take active preventive interventions targeted to improve the physical health of its students .
