At present, the pre-service training of the new teachers of colleges and universities is organized by the provincial teacher training center which is organized by the provincial level faculty training center, which cannot meet the realistic requirements of the new teachers and the individual teachers’ demand for the new teachers. However, school-based pre-service training can well complement and promote provincial pre-service training. Based on the exploration and practice of C university, this paper explores and studies the school-based pre-service training mode from the aspects of training objectives, training contents, training methods and training evaluation, and finally summarizes and reflects on the practice.
