At present, the pre-service training of the new teachers of colleges and universities is organized by the provincial teacher training center which is organized by the provincial level faculty training center, which cannot meet the realistic requirements of the new teachers and the individual teachers’ demand for the new teachers. However, school-based pre-service training can well complement and promote provincial pre-service training. Based on the exploration and practice of C university, this paper explores and studies the school-based pre-service training mode from the aspects of training objectives, training contents, training methods and training evaluation, and finally summarizes and reflects on the practice. Keyword: new university teachers; colleges and universities; school-based; pre-service training mode; Received: 2017-04-28 随着高等教育改革的纵横深化,社会、学校和学生都对高校教师冇了更高的要 求。高校教师岗前培训是新任教师踏上师途的第一步,也是青年教师角色认知、 职业规划和专业发展的启蒙教育。按照国家规定,高等学校教师岗前培训由各哲 (自治区、直辖市)教育行政部门统筹安排,省级教育行政部门所属的高等学校 师资(高师)培训中心或木地区有条件的高等学校,具体承担岗前培训的组织 管理、培训、考核以及授课教师的配备等任务。当前的高校教师岗前培训工作主 要由省级高校师资(高师)培训屮心(以下简称师培屮心)负责实施,统一对 新任教师进行集中、封闭式或半封闭式的培训,然而这样的培
