实践探索 Practice and Exploration 口腔门诊护理人员四手操作技能规范化 培训的探讨与实践 刘海凤 李华 李秀娥 李晓光 尹翔燕 [ 摘 要 ] 为加强四手操作技术在全国范围的推广，我院自2012 年2月启动“北京大学口腔医院门诊护理人员四手操作技 能培训”项目，采用分批培训的方式系统地对 219 名本院及其他口腔诊疗机构的护理骨干进行了规范化四手操作技能培训，学 员考核优秀率达 81.3%，并采用 PDCA循环原理持续改进培训工作，逐步建立起日趋成熟的口腔门诊护理人员四手操作技能 的规范化培训模式，不仅提高了我院口腔门诊护理人员四手操作技能水平，也进一步促进了四手操作技术在全国范围内的推广 及应用，缩短了我国口腔护理四手操作技术与国际的差距。 [ 关键词 ] 护理；口腔；培训；四手操作 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.03.030 The discussion and practice on the training of four-handed technique training of among out-patient clinic stomatologic nurses / LIU Haifeng, LI Hua, LI Xiue, LI Xiaoguang, YIN Xiangyan // Nursing Department, Stomatology Hospital, Peking University, Beijing, 100081 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(3): 361-363 [Abstract] In order to strengthen the spread of four-handed technique in nationwide, our hospital launched the program of four-handed technique training for out-patient nurses in Peking University Stomatology Hospital Peking University School of Stomatology fourhanded technique training program for out-patient clinic stomatologic nurses, we provided a series of regulated four-handed technique training to for 219 core nursing core memberses from our hospital and peer hospitals. All the participants passed the evaluation with the excellence rate reaching 81.3%. PDCA management theory was employed used to improve the training mode continually continuously and an increasingly mature training mode has been gradually established.
