Abstract The construction and use of electronic resources is one of the most important signs of the informational process for countries all over the world．With the appearance of electronic resources with mass different sources and different forms，the integrating of electronic resources has been a key developing direction for education technology center nowadays and library electronic resources construction． Heavy weight standard protocol Z39．50 served for library information communion，which establish communication among fields in database，is a kind of deep resources integrating．With the rapid development of web technology and widely application，a new generation of information research protocol ZING was developed based on B／S construction．SRU／W is the core part of ZING，and was called web edition protocol of Z39．50．The article aims to research the application of SRW protocol in the integrating of electronic resources，both to solve the existing problems in the application of SRW and put forward a more effective resources integrating scheme．It can be concluded as following three points concretely： First，it brings forward a design idea and concrete realization of SRW service system．with refer to key technologies，such as the execution of three main operation of SRW、the content and encapsulation of SOAP information、the parse of CQL grammar、the transformation from MARC data to Dublin Core metadata it gives detailed description，which provide a referred examples for the popularization and application of the protoc01． Second，establish a SRW mutual handle platform which can extend flexibly heterogeneous Data Source．The article researches the heterogeneous Data Source integration technology based on Ontology．First，analysis the feature of heterogeneous Data Source，combine electronic Source Metadata Ontology with data·base mode Ontology,to solve the heterogeneous construction problems existing in the main layers of content express of heterogeneous Data Source and storage mode，and
