河北工业大学硕士学位论文 基于 PLC 的试卷信息采集设备控制系统设计及研究 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 老师在给艺术类考生阅卷时，需要一张一张的翻阅，工作繁杂劳累，效率不高。 同时，试卷上的铅笔粉末、油彩粉末容易弄脏老师的手以及衣服。当这些粉末飘到空 中，老师可能会吸入，这更是给老师的健康带来了隐患。 本文设计了试卷信息采集设备的控制系统，使本设备可以将艺术类考生的图画试 卷进行自动拍照，然后录入到电脑里，以便老师阅卷。 搭建试卷信息采集设备的控制系统硬件系统，使其能够可靠地吸取试卷。不但保 证了设备在吸取异常纸张的情况下，设备可以进行相应的处理。而且还保证了对于不 同材料的纸张，设备依然可以做出判断。 通过设计控制系统软件系统的设计，可以保证设备在紧急情况下停止运行，并且 使设备具有“急停复位暂停停止开始”的优先级别。 通过实践验证，本设备具有很好的安全性可靠性。 关键词：试卷信息采集设备 PLC 控制系统设计 可靠性分析 I  ABSTRACT When the teacher mark the art candidates, they need mark the paper one by one. It is complicated and the efficiency is not high. Meanwhile, pencil powder and paint powder on paper is easy to dirty the teachers’ hands and clothes. When the powder blown to air, the teacher may be inhaled, which is brought to the teachers health risks. This paper presents the control system of the equipment of the papers information that is collected. The device can photographs art drawing papers automatically, and then sends photos into the computer, so the teacher can marking them. The main contents of my thesis are as follows: I build the hardware system of the control system of the paper information collection equipment, so that it can draw papers reliably. It not only to ensure that the equipment in the case of abnormal drawing paper, the device can handle it. I design the composition and function of the software system of the control system of the paper information collection equipment. It can guarantee that the equipment can stop running in case of emergency. The equipment has the priority of “Emergency stop Reset Pause Stop Start”. This device has good reliability and safety by practice.
