上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 基于 PXI 和虚拟仪器的汽车发动机电控单元测试系统 PAGE PAGE III AUTOMATED TEST SYSTEM OF ENGINE CONTROL UNIT BASED ON PXI AND VIRTUAL ABSTRACT This thesis comes from the localization project of new generation Engine Control Unit (ECU) of MagnetiMarelli Powertrain System Shanghai S.p.A. The previous ECU automatic test system is imported, so the cost and maintenance fee is very expensive. It’s considering to making one set of new ECU test system by local resource when launched new ECU localization project. The previous ECU test system is basically platform-based VXI bus system. However, with the PXI bus platforms mature, a variety of PXI bus platform test system is also emerging. This paper discusses the virtual instrument based on PXI bus and automated test system implementations. The test system is made of a standard data acquisition card, DMM card, AIO card. It’s also using one specially designed signal conditioning circuit and communications adapter unit in automatic test systems. In this paper, automatic test system software is developed by the most popular LabVIEW. LabVIEW development is characterized by simple structure, so it’s widely used by engineers of various industries. The ECU has a lot of test items and it need test multiple products in PAGE PAGE IV parallel, so the system selects the TestStand as test executive management software. TestStand is a test implementation ActiveX-based management environment. This project uses Teststand and LabVIEW to develop the test software; the former is responsible for testing processes, data flow control over deployment; the latter is responsible for developing the specific test items such as data collection, processing, storage. This paper studies test system including overall structure and specific functions. Finally highlights the two major test methods, and illustrates the relevant test process.
