The research and application of product conceptual design model based on QFD A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Yang ming Supervisor：Prof. Zhang tao Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 在产品设计过程中，概念设计是人类创造性思维活动的集中体现，同时也是整个设 计阶段最具创造性的环节，这一环节高度体现了设计的创造性、综合性、艺术性和设计 人员经验的丰富性，在产品创新设计中起着决定性的作用。本文以产品设计过程中概念 设计阶段为研究重点，将概念设计过程分为四个阶段：掌握产品开发策略、顾客需求获 取与分析、设计方案提出及方案评价。掌握产品开发策略阶段，运用 TRIZ 理论，通过 产品技术系统进化法则确定产品生命周期并预测产品未来发展趋势，从而明确产品概念 设计的方向；顾客需求获取和分析阶段，主要运用 AHP 对所搜集的顾客需求进行层次 化分析，以便提炼和挖掘顾客的真正需求；设计方案提出阶段主要工作是方案设计，也 可认为是概念设计的核心阶段，此阶段运用 QFD 和 TRIZ 两种现代设计方法针对新产品 开发和现有产品再设计提出两种相应的方案设计模型；方案评价阶段运用 Vague 集合理 论，在考虑各方案偏离度的情况下选择出最优的设计方案。 本文最后将各设计阶段整合提出产品概念设计的一体化框架，并将其应用于机械手 表发条扭矩测试仪概念设计中，通过对发条扭矩测试仪进化趋势分析、顾客需求分析、 功能分析、装置分析与设计，确定了发条扭矩测试仪的设计方案并对其进行评价。最终 证明，本文提出的产品概念设计模型具有一定的实用性，易于设计人员操作实施，其不 仅为创新产品的设计提供了有效的设计方法，并且有利于提高产品的理想化水平。 关键词：概念设计，AHP，QFD，FMEA，TRIZ，Vague 集合论，发条扭矩测试仪 i ii ii Abstract In the process of product design, the conceptual design is the concentrated reflection of human creative thinking activities, at the same time it is not only the most creative part throughout the design phase, but also highly embodies the creativity of design, comprehensive, artistic quality and the richness of the experience of design personnel, also which plays a decisive role in the product innovation design. In this paper, the author take the concept design phase as the research focal point during the design process, and divide the conceptual design process into four stages: master the product development strategy, obtain and analysis the customer-requirements, put forward the design scheme and take the evaluation. In the phase of master the product development strategy, on the basis of the theory of TRIZ to determine the product life cycle by product technology system evolution laws and forecast the future development trend, so as to explicit the direction of product concept design.
