中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 The Development of Electrical Control System of Screen Printing Machine based on PLC Control Abstract Screen printing, because of its size and the shape of the substrate without limit, can adapt to the printing ink, printing ink layer thickness adjustable features and is widely used, therefore, to develop high control precision, high performance, easy operation of the silk screen printing machine is necessary. In this article, using the high performance of the electric control system of PLC in the original screen printing design modification. Before the development of the working process of the silk screen printing machine are analyzed in detail, and then clear the task of the control system, and from two aspects of hardware and software. In the aspect of hardware design, this paper USES MITSUBISHI Q series PLC, which chose a high-performance Q02 CPU, and has carried on the accurate selection, to the rest of the modules can completely satisfy the requirements of the equipment, detailed design, thickness measurement device, and the visual system and the touch screen PLC communication interface. In terms of running machine position control, adopts ac servo drive system to control the transfer of a treadmill accurate implementation of glass. In the aspect of software design, the program is divided into the main program, the program manually, visual program and parameters of four parts. According to the modular programming method, the ladder diagram of important modules are described in detail. In terms of man-machine interface, the GP - Pro EX developed in every function interface, touch screen to improve the operating performance. In this paper, design of control system, laboratory and field debugging, reached the requirements of the control system, stable operation, to achieve the intended target.
