J Lffl 11崎IS 98例够治?析 2018-03-21 10:12:00中国现代医生2018年2期 朱加进伍万陈云龙 ［ ］目的对川崎病(kawasaki disease, KD)患儿的临床表现及实验室结果进行分析，以 提高诊治水平，减少并发症发生。方法收集2015年8月?2017年7月收治的川崎病患儿98例， 对临床资料进行整理和分析。结果研究发现本组患儿1?3岁患病最多，共59例(A60.2%); 临床表现屮发热最多见，占98.0%, U尨皲裂、杨梅舌占82.7%,颈部淋巴结肿大占74.5%,眼球 结膜充血，占67.3%,皮疹占46.9%，手足硬肿及蜕皮占35.7%;可合并其他系统损伤，以支气管 肺炎最多见，共55例(56.1%):实验室检查：白细胞升高83例(84.7%)，白细胞降低5例(5.1%)； 病程2周血小板增高93例(94.9%) ; C反应蛋白升高78例(79.6%);血沉增快66例(67.3%); 血红蛋白110g/L, 32例(32.7%),血白蛋白降低18例(18.3%);冠状动脉扩张12例(12.2%)。 结论儿童川崎病临床表现多样，应提髙认识，做到早期诊治，以减少并发症，降低病死率。 ［又键词］川崎病；儿:?.;临床表现；实验室检骑结果 ［巾阁分类号］R725.4 ［文献标I只码］B ［ 1673-9701 (2018) 02-0082-04 ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and laboratory test results of children with Kawasaki disease (KD) so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods A total of 98 children with Kawasaki disease were collected from August 2015 to July 2017. The clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results It was found that the children aged 1 to 3 years accounted for the most， with a total of 59 cases (60.2%) . In clinical manifestations, the most common was fever, accounting for 98.0%, chapped lips and bayberry tongue accounted for 82.7%， hyperplasia on neck accounted for 74.5%, conjunctival congestion accounted for 67.3%，skin rashes accounted for 46.9%, and hand and foot sclerosis and molting accounted for 35.7%. Other system damage may be combined with, and bronchial pneumonia was the most common， with a total of 55 cases (56.1%) . Laboratory Examination： white blood cells in 83 cases (84.7%)， leukopenia in 5 cases (5.1%), thrombocytosis at 2 weeks of course in 93 cases (94.9%) , C reactive protein increased in 78 cases (79.6%), faster ESR in 66 cases (67.3%), hemoglobin 110 g/L in 32 cases (32.7%), decreased serum albumin in 18 cases (18.3%) , and coronary artery dilatation in 12 cases (accounting for 12.2%) .
