第 46 卷 第 20 期 电力系统保护与控制 Vol.46 No.20 2018 年 10 月 16 日 Power System Protection and Control Oct. 16, 2018 DOI 10.7667/PSPC17 14 16 防误操作平台在智能操作票系统中的研究及应用 1 1 1 1 2 2 潘佳锋 ，朱和剑 ，高 捷 ，林中森 ，林 江 ，蔡会会 (1.广西电网有限责任公司玉林 电局，广西 玉林 537000；2.南京德软信息科技发展有限公司，江苏 南京 210000) 摘要：防误操作平台是 目前智能化操作票系统研究的关键。作为智能化操作票系统的重要组 部分，防误操作平 台以报警形式提醒操作人员，能够有效预防误操作带来的各种电网故障。在简要概述智能化操作票系统的组 及 应用的基础上，分析了防误操作平台在调度过程中的意义。考虑到防误操作系统与智能操作系统、原系统之间的 配合关系，设计了防误操作模块。采用模糊综合评判的方法对电网调度人员与操作人员进行可靠性评估，并设计 相应的事故预控系统对不同级别的误操作进行智能化报警，提高了现场人员的工作效率，同时防范因疏忽而导致 的各种风险，为电力系统的可靠安全运行奠定了基础。 关键词：操作票系统；防误操作平台；模糊综合评判；事故预控；智能化报警 Research and application of fuzzy comprehensive judgment in dispatching anti-misuse platform 1 1 1 1 2 2 PAN Jiafeng , ZHU Hej ian , GAO Jie , LIN Zhongsen , LIN Jiang , CAI Huihui (1. Through the alarm platform, anti-misuse platform can remind the operator and prevent the accident. This paper briefly outlines the composition and application of intelligent operation order system, and analyzes the significance of platform in dispatching process. Taking into account the matching
