铝业科技大厦设计说明 摘要：本建筑物位于长沙市香樟路，是铝业科技公司办公楼和综合楼,名为铝业科技大厦，办公楼共28层, 建筑高度98.9m，其中地上26层，地下2层。综合楼共4层. 总建筑面积为 28564.21m2。综合楼附属在办公楼旁边,用走廊连接. 该建筑综合楼4层为餐厅，办公楼5-6楼为档案馆，其余楼层均为办公室和会议室。该设计属于舒适性空调系统设计,其中综合楼一楼至三楼不在设计范围之内。该设计主要考虑夏季供冷。 根据该建筑所处位置地理地质条件以及节能要求，该办公楼1-6楼以及综合楼第四层采用螺杆式热泵型冷水机组，总负荷为828.924kw, 根据选型原则，选用350kw冷水机组三台放置于地下室。办公楼7-26楼选择多联机系统。将主机置于楼顶平台，在室内匹配相应末端装置。 关键词：舒适性空调系统设计;地源热泵;多联机;分区 Abstract: The building we designed is located in Changsha Xiang Zhang road, which is the office building of aluminum science and technology company with a comprehensive building, named aluminum science and technology building. The office building has a total 28 layers(which is 26 ground floors and underground 2 layers),and the height of it is 98.9m. There are 4 layers of the comprehensive building. The total area of the building is 28564.21m2. The comprehensive building is attached to the office building with corridor. The 4th floor of the comprehensive building is a restaurant, the 5th to 6th floor is archives, and the remaining floors are offices and conference rooms. The design of the air conditioning system belongs to comfort comfortable air conditioning system, and the 1st to the 3rd floors of the comprehensive building are not within the design range. The design mainly considers the summer cooling. According to the buildings’ geographical location and geological conditions and energy-saving requirements, Screw type heat pump chiller is employed in 1-6 floor of the office building and the 4th floor of comprehensive building, the total load is 828.924kw. According to the principle of equipment selection, we select three 350kW chiller and placed in the basement. 7-26 floor of office building uses Multi online air conditioning system. The equipment are put on the roof of the building, and we match the corresponding end of the device in the room.
