Deposit insurance system is considered to be the last line of defense of modern financial safety net. Chinas financial sector is in the transformation of 　　governments recessive guarantee to explicit deposit insurance system, mainly on administrative regulation to market self-discipline transition period, therefore, it is necessary to establish the deposit insurance system in China in order to ensure financial security. Commercial Banks in deposit insurance system will be affected is self-evident.
