护理本科生科研能力培养模式及应用效果的行动研究 王婷 王维利 ?本课题受国家大学生创新创业训练计划项目资助(项目批准号2013103660223);安徽省教育厅教学研究项目资助 ?本课题受国家大学生创新创业训练计划项目资助(项目批准号2013103660223);安徽省教育厅教学研究项目资助(编号2012jyxm170) 作者单位:230601 安徽省合肥市 安徽医科大学护理学院 通讯作者:王维利,教授,安徽医科大学护理学院院长,硕士生导师。Email: gengwwl2004@163.com, 王婷,女,1987-,本科(硕士在读),Email: wang2276@126.com 【摘要】目的 探讨行动研究对护理本科生科研能力培养模式的构建及其应用效果。方法 遵循行动研究的原理和步骤制定护理本科生科研能力培养模式。2010级护理本科生自愿报名入培训组,共30人;随机抽取剩余学生中30人作为对照组。培训组接受科研能力培养模式教学活动及常规教学计划的科研内容学习,对照组仅接受常规教学计划的科研内容学习。在第6学期末使用护理人员科研能力自评量表作为效果评价指标辅以进行统计学分析。结果 培训组学生护理人员科研能力自评量表总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,两组的差异具有统计学意义(PO.05)。培训组学生在认为科研非常有兴趣、非常重要、对未来工作学习非常有帮助的比例高于对照组。结论 行动研究可指导护理本科生科研能力培养模式的构建,且此模式能够加深护理本科生的科研认识和科研能力,尤其是统计学知识和统计软件的掌握,为今后临床护理工作和护理研究打基础。 【关键词】护理本科生;行动研究;科研能力;培养模式 Action research of cultivating scientific research ability in nursing undergraduates WANG Ting, Wang Wei-li*, HONG Jing-fang, ZHANG Jing 【Abstract】Objective The purpose of this study is cultivate the effect of action research on scientific research ability in nursing undergraduates. Methods Under the guidance of action research method, nursing undergraduate scientific research ability training pattern is developed. The third semester undergraduates who were interested in the research were encouraged to take part in the cultivating activities voluntarily. They were divided into two groups as follows: the students who jointed the training activities plus the normal curriculum were considered as study group, while the control group included other students who received only normal curriculum. The main intervention was based on the training pattern, which had been made by the researchers’ group based on action research method direction during past three years. The Nursing Scientific Research Ability Evaluation Scale was used to compare the research ability level of two groups at the end of the sixth semester. Results The results showed that study group had higher score than control group on the scale, and there were significant differences in the score between the two groups (P0.
