5A版优质实用文档 PAGE PAGE 5 5A版优质实用文档 Trainingmanagementprocedure Purpose ThisprocedureismadetoregulatethePMOtrainingmanagement,improvingtheirskillsandcomprehensivequalitiesofallstaffandensurethattrainingontheperformanceofcomplianceandroleinpromotingtheimplementationofthestrategy. 2．Definitions 2.1EGecutecompany’syearlyeducationandtrainingplan. 2.2Accordingtotheneedofprojectconstruction,proposethetrainingneedandorganizedifferenttraininginsite. 2.3Checkthequalificationofthosewhoenterintotheprojectwithcertificateandmanagetheregistrationofpositionqualificationcertificate. 2.4Proposethetrainingneedaccordingtotheneedofprojectconstructionandteambuilding.Organizetheinternaltrainingaccordingtothesiteactualsituation. 2.5Carryoutthequalificationrequirementsforthestaffworkwithcertificatefromeachdepartment. 2.6Theprojectmustorganizethetrainingforthenewlycomestaff.Don’tallowthenewstaffstartstheworkunlesstheyobtainthecertificateofconstructionpermit. 2.7Thepersonofspecialtypeofworkmuststarttheworkwithcertificate.Theprojectwon’tissuetheconstructionpermituntiltheprojecthaveacheckandputonrecords.ForthepersonwhoneedstotakeaneGaminationagaintochangethecertificatefortheduetime,theprojectmustarrangetheeGaminationandtrainingintime. 2.8Theengineeringdepartmentshouldorganizethetrainingforthenewstaff.Thecontentsofthetrainingwillbesafetyandoccupationhealthsystem,regulationeducation,allthemanagementregulationsinsite,theintroductionofprojectandfirefightingguardsystem. 2.9Whenthestaffenterintothesiteingroup(above5persons),theprojectwillarrangetheenteringtrainingforthemandsendtheenteringeducationnoticetothepersonsandtraininglecturer. 2.10Forthepersonwhowilljointheenteringtraining,theprojectwillarrangethemtomakeadailyregistrationandfillthenewlyenteringpersonsystemlearningregistrationtable. 2.11Whenthetrainingisfinished,theadministrationdepartmentwillorganizetheeGaminationtohaveacheck.Safetyeducationwillbethenecessarysubject.Asforothertrainingcontents,organizetheeGaminationaccordingtothedifferentclas
