在当前知识经济时代里，作为企业“软实力”的企业文化建设对企业的管理与企业的长 远发展具有极为重要的作用，引导企业与员工形成共同的价值理念与发展FI标，增强企业的 凝聚力，推进企业管理的有序、规范进行，为企业的长远发展提供有力的思想保障与行为规 范。麦田房产在其发展的过程中逐渐暴露出一些制约公司发展的问题，尤艿是企业文化建设 不足，严重阻碍了企业的可持续发展。为此，木文通过对麦田房产的企业文化现状进行分析, 发现其企业文化建设主耍存在企业文化价值理念认识不足、建设理想化以及极端化的问题， 公司必须将企业文化建设纳入企业发展整体规划，建立统一的企业文化识别系统，加大文化 建设，落实企业文化培训。 关键词：企业文化；企业管理；制度体系 Abstract In the current era of knowledge economy，enterprise culture construction of enterprise ‘soft strength’ as a long-term development of enterprise management and enterprise has very important role, guide enterprises and employees to form a common values and development goals，enhance the enterprise’s cohesive force， promote the management of enterprises in an orderly, standardized，provide a powerful ideological guarantee and codes of conduct for the long-term development of enterprises.
