高等职业教育研究论文 　　［摘要］对市场经济条件下的高等职业教育领域里的权利关系进行了初步探讨，并就其中的基础性权利关系、核心权利关系和程序性权利关系进行了具体阐述。高等职业教育领域里的权利关系是公权利与私权利对立统一的混合权利关系，其中私权利关系内涵丰富，处于市场经济条件下的高等职业教育关系的价值中枢，并构成高等职业教育的核心权利关系。 　　［关键词］高等职业教育；基础权利；核心权利；程序性权利 　　Abstract:Theessay,undermarketeconomy,makesaelementarydiscussionabouttherightrelationinhighervocationaleducation,henceitexpatiatestherelationofthebasicrightrelation,ducationisoneoftheadmixtureofpublicrightandprivateone,ofbothantinomyandunification,amongwhichprivaterightrelationisfullofrichconnotationasitisinthevaluecenterofhighervocationaleducationrelationundermarketeconomyandconstitutesacoreri
