摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着电子信息技术、计算机软硬件技术以及GIS技术的飞速发展，各行各业纷纷进行 信息化的工作．作为城市交通的主体，城市道路在养护管理上也提出了新的要求，基于GIS 的城市道路养护管理系统在许多城市得到了广泛的开展和应用。 GIS技术的先进性、功能的完整性以及表达的直观性和丰富性，使其成为建设城市道路 养护管理系统不可或缺的主要技术之一。 本文第一章首先介绍了GIS技术的起源、发展及其在国内外的应用情况，同时也提出 了管理系统和软件工程的初步概念。在分析南京市城市道路养护管理现状、模式以及养护管 理的内容的基础上，对城市道路设施的养护管理做了进一步的理论研究和探讨。通过实际调 查和深入研究，论证了采用地理信息系统技术结合数据库技术对城市道路进行养护管理的可 行性。 第二章是作为系统开发重要部分之一的需求分析．通过软件工程的手段，得到系统需 求分析表。作为系统的基础部分，第三章对电子地图和数据采集进行了详细的论述，同时， 对专题图动态分段技术原理和实现进行了研究。 系统开发也是论文的主要部分之一，在软件需求说明和程序模块结构设计的基础上， 开发了基于GIS的城市道路养护管理系统。在输入大量数据基础之上，对系统的稳定性进 行性测试；在实际使用过程中，对系统的实用性进行研究。 最后，总结了本文工作所取得的成果以及需要进一步工作的重点。 关键词：城市道路、养护、管理、地理信息系统、数据采集，数据库、软件工程 ABSTRACTABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the rapid development of elechonic information technology,computer hardware， software and the technology of geographic information system,a large number of callings m getting through the informational job．As a major part of urban transport,urban road need new requirement on the mainten锄ge and management so that the GIS—Based urban road maintenance and management system has been widely developped and applied in many cities． As the advance of GIS technology,the integrality of its function and the intuitionistic and enrichment of the expression,the GIS technology becomes of the main non-scarcity technology On咖ctiun ofOlS-Based urban mad maintenance and management systenL In chapter 1，the author first presented the origin and evolution ofthe GIS technology and the development in and out of the country；meanwhile introduced the primary smnmary of managemgflt system and software project．After did solne analysis basically on the management actuality ofNanjing urban mad,the content and mode of its maintenance and management,the author did some theoretic research and discussion On maintenance and management ofthe urban mad．By practical investment and thorough research,the author demonstrated the possibility of getting along the urban road maintenance and management by using GIS and data base technology． As a very important part o
