MMP-7, E-cadherin与贲门癌生物学行为的关系 吕钢 王亚晖 匡毅 周鑫 郑晓东（重庆市肿瘤研究所 重庆 400030） 【摘要】目的：探讨MMP-7, E-cadherin的表达及其与贲门癌和幽门癌之间生物学行为差异之间的关系。方法：采用免疫组化方法对86例贲门癌和幽门癌标本中MMP-7、E-cadherin的蛋白表达进行了检测。结果：MMP-7在贲门癌和胃窦癌的阳性率分别为75.6％和53.3％；二者表达差异显著性（P 0.05）。MMP-7和E- cadherin二者之间呈现显著的负相关（P 0.01）；在贲门癌中MMP-7表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关（P 0.05），E- cadherin表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、生长方式有关（P 0.05）；MMP-7阳性、阴性5年生存率分别为19.35%、40.0%，二组间存在显著性差异﹙P＝0.0385）。结论：MMP-7在贲门癌中的表达明显高于胃窦癌；MMP-7的表达和E- cadherin的异常表达与肿瘤的浸润深度的加深、淋巴结转移、临床分期增高而逐渐升高，说明其表达与肿瘤的浸润和转移密切相关；贲门癌的预后与MMP-7密切相关。 【关键词】：贲门癌；MMP-7, 预后 Correlation of the Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinases-7, E- cadherin and Relation -ship with Biological Behavior of Gastric Cardia Cancers L u Gang, Wang Yahui, Kuang Yi, Zhou Xin, Zheng Xiaodong Abstract: Objective to compare protein expression of Matrix Metalloproteinases-7, E-cadherin between cardia and antrum gastric adenocarcinomas and to investigate relationship between the expression and biological behavior of bastric cardia cancers . Methods MMP-7, E-cadherin expression were examined by irranunobis~chemical S-P staining method in 86 case of human gastric carcinoma、para-caminoma and nomal tissue.Results The positive rates of MMP-7 were 75.6% in cardia carcinoma and 53.3% in pyloric carcinoma, there was significant difference between them. There is significant negative correlation between MMP-7 and E-cadherin , The expression of MMP-7 was related to T Classification of tumors, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. The expression of E-cadherin was related to T Classification of tumors, lymph node metastasis , TNM stage and growth pattern. Conclusions There is significant difference between MMP-7 expression in cardia carcinoma and pyloric carcinoma. xpression of MMP-7 and abnormal expression of E-cadherin correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph metastasis and clinical stage of tumor.
