零件数控加工工艺设计与编程 零件数控加工工艺设计与编程 摘要 数控加工作为一种新型的制造加工方式，因其具备传统机加工不可比拟的诸 多优势，从而在当今制造业中被广泛运用。工艺设计与数控编程在数控加工中扮 演重要角色，此外数控加工改变了以往的加工模式，将人从对加工机器的控制中 解放出来，投入到前期的数控工艺设计与程序编制上来。工艺设计与数控程序编 制及机床自动加工，环环相扣，最后的零件产品直接由程序控制，程序编制又依 赖于工艺设计。所以工艺设计和程序编制在数控加工中有着重要地位，同时也是 主要工作量。本文以数控铣削板类零件为例，对数控加工中的工艺设计和编程进 行研究，包括零件工艺性分析、工艺规程设计、程序编制及成品检测分析等等相 关内容。采用手工编程的方法编制数控程序，运用三角函数知识对零件图进行数 学处理，计算出相应的基点坐标值。从加工出的零件成品检测分析可知，基点坐 标的计算对零件产品有着重要性影响。 关键词：数控加工，工艺设计，数控编程，检测分析 零件数控加工工艺设计与编程 PARTSNCMACHININGPROCESSDESIGNAND PROGRAMMING ABSTRACT As a new manufacturing method, numerical control machining has been widely used in manufacturing industry because of its incomparable advantages over traditional manufacturing methods.Process design and NC programming in NC machining play important roles.
