PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 600t/d城镇生活污水处理工艺设计方案 摘 要：本设计方案针对城镇生活污水处理，设计规模为600t/d，进水BOD5为300mg/L，CODcr为500mg/L，SS为250mg/L，可生化性好。本设计主体工艺采用SBR工艺，设计出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）的一级B标准。SBR工艺无需再设二沉池，具有占地面积小、建设投资低、抗冲击负荷能力强和运行操作灵活等优点，因此在中小城镇污水以及间歇排放的工业废水处理中得到广泛应用。设计内容包括工程概况、工艺比选确定、主要构筑物设计、设备选型、总图布置、工程投资与运行费用。设计工艺流程为：进水——中格栅——污水提升泵——细格栅——沉砂池——SBR池——氯接触池——排水。 关键词：生活污水；SBR；脱氮除磷 600 t/d Urban Sewage Treatment Process Design Abstract: An urban sewage treatment process was designed. The design scale is 600 t/d, BOD5 concentration of sewage is 300 mg/L, CODcr is 500 mg/L, and SS is 250 mg/L. The sewage has good biodegradability. Using SBR process, the effluent water quality can meet the《town sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard》(GB18918-2002) standard of level 1 B. It’s not necessary for SBR process to set up the secondary settling tank, additionally, SBR has many advantages such as less occupied area, low construction investment, strong capacity of anti-shock loading and easily operating, so it is widely used in the small town sewage and intermittent discharge of industrial wastewater treatment. This design content includes the project overview, selection process and determine, the main structure design, equipment selection, general layout, project investment and operating cost. The process is as the followings: inflow, grille, sewage pump, fine screen, vertical grit chamber, SBR reaction pool, Chlorine contact pool.
