摘要 随着作为专用移动通信系统的集群通信技术的发展，集群通信方便、快 捷、灵活、信道资源共享等特点日益突出，各使用部门对跨地市之间的调度 要求也更加迫切。电信部门提供的线路资源日益改善，使得建立优化的跨地 市的集群漫游联网系统已成为可能。考虑到 TCP/IP 协议的开放性、标准性和 Internet 的飞速发展，采用 IP 技术来实现集群系统的联网无疑是一条较好的 解决途径。 本文根据国内目前无线集群通信的现状以及各地市间通信网络的建设情 况，设计了基于 IP 网络的集群系统省、地市、县三级联网方案。该方案应用 了局域网互联、IP 软交换、IP 组播、大型中心数据库等先进技术，实现了集 群系统之间的漫游、单呼和组呼等功能。同时，通过异型网关的设计，解决 了不同集群系统互联的解决方案。 基于 IP 技术的联网系统具有开放性和标准性，网络配置灵活，易于联网。 集群联网系统的联网中心取消了专用硬件交换设备，采用软交换技术实现跨 系统的话音交换。通过结合软交换技术的优点合理设计网络结构，提高网络 带宽利用率，实现对网络数据的控制，为集群系统互联提供了有效途径。其 IP 软交换技术，TCP/IP 网络技术，及漫游数据库等技术对将来开发数字集群 漫游联网有一定的参考价值。 关键词 移动通信；集群；漫游联网；IP 软交换； Abstract With the development of the technology about trunking mobile system,as a priviate mobile system,the characters of trunking mobile system are more and more obviously,such as the convenience,the shortcut,the flexibility and share of channel resource and so on.And also the customer’s requirement of telecommunication office’s line resource,making the large trunking system’s roming networking is posible.Considering the standardness and opening of TCP/IP protocol and the fast development of Internet,adopt IP technology to realize the connection of trunking mobile system is a good scheme. According to the current situation of domestic wireless trunking communication and the construction of the communication network among regional city at present, this paper has designed the scheme which can make the trunking system connected in range of province, city and county, based on IP network. This scheme has used advanced technology such as the LAN to be interconnected, IP Softswitch, IP Multicast, the networks centre large-scale database and so on. It realizes the functions of interconnected trunking system, such as roaming, individual call and group call.
