Abstract Based on the study of coordination office system at home and abroad, and combined with the actual participation in the development project of the coordination office system,the paper discusses the enterprise development process based on J2EE multilayer structure,detailed discussion system analysis,design and implementation. It firstly expounds the background of development and the research status of coordination office system at home and abroad, analyzes related techniques of J2EE platform in detail, combining modern enterprise encountered in the specific problems and requirements in informatization process, design the overall structure and function modules of coordination office system based on J2EE, realized the remote-cooperative official business, including public information, official document management, archives management,and human resource management module,etc. Finally, the use situation of system are introduced, and analyzes the deficiencies of system, and improving direction. Completed work and achievements in paper are as follows: Analyzed the requirements of coordination office system, especially detailed analyzed the system application requirements, presented system solutions. According to the requirement analysis, designed the system framework and modules. The whole system is divided into 12 big modules, and each module into different son module according to realize functions; According to the actual participation for the author ,gave detailed design and realization of human resource management, official document management, archives management,and project management module. System has been tested and operating normally, each function meets user requirements. Now system has been put into use and achieved good results.
