基于HYPERWORKS的承载式轿车白车身分析及优化-机械工程专业论文
Abstract
As the global petroleum resources crisis and exhaust emission become more serious, people pay attention to the electric vehicle again and start launching portable and practical product to society. The car body is one of the four components, the structure and performance of which is closely related to the car’s safety, economy and practicability. This subject takes a certain type of low-speed-walking electric cars in domestic enterprises as the target model: aims at the differences between the body’s structure of low-speed-walking electric cars and oil-fired cars, considering the influencing factors such as manufacturability, practicability and economy, etc. In order to meet the body’s static and dynamic basic performance, this paper is devoted to enhancing the static and dynamic performance and lightweight of the whole car effectively on the basis of the original structure.
The method of finite element calculation and analysis was applied, and CATIA and Hyperworks as the modeling and analysis software were used in this study. So as to simplify the extraction of MA4E body CAD data, and set up the finite element mesh model in Hypermesh. The body bending stiffness and torsional stiffness were analyses comprehensively by considering the actual load distribution of and combining with the typical working condition of electric car. The feasible evaluation index and test method were put forward according to the actual body using state. The results showed that active body meets the requirement in terms of stiffness, and the deformation index complies with relevant standards.
The low-order modal analysis of car body was marched based on grid model, and the basic mode of car body was obtained. According to the resonance frequency interval of the pavement and suspension, it was found that the first order modal vibration frequency of car body is low and easily to resonate when driving.
