1) To grasp the key words:dumpling, porridge, pancake, fish, onion, world, answer, different, cake, candle, age, blow, if, will, UK, candy, lucky, popular, idea
2) To grasp the phrases:around the world, make a wish, blow out, cut up, bring good luck to..., the number of, in one go, come true, get popular
2) To grasp the target language:
① The answer would be different in different countries.
② The number of candles is the persons age.
③ In China, its getting popular
Ability objects:
1)To grasp the key target language.
2) To train students’ listening and speaking skills.
2) To cultivate students autonomous learning ability and to train students to
explore cooperation.
3. Moral objects:
1) To experience the fun of learning English, achieving to learn in practice,to
practice in learn.
2) Be willing to learn about Chinese food culture to deepen the Chinese diet
culture.
3) To understand of food culture around the world, the birthday of culture and
other things, making students have a preliminary idea of world culture.

1) To improve the students ability to use the knowledge Through the listening
and speaking training.
2) To have students use the knowledge they’ve learned in practical activities.
