Modularization and OOP is adopted during the design process, and the platform developed by Java is characterized in flexibility, reliability, easy-deployment. The platform provides flexible icon drawing, consummate mapping edit and query function. It also joints the real-time data of distribution network efficiently. The drawing maps of the platform provide the full-scale structure data of distribution network for managers, and help improve the visualized management of the distribution network and prompt the management ability. KEY WORDS：J2EE；Distribution Network；Drawing; Object-Oriented; Componentization 摘要：在分析了目前配网管理对绘图系统实际需求的基础上，根据配网结构的特点，设计并实现了一套基于J2EE的配网绘图系统。系统采用了组件化的设计思路和面向对象技术，以网络编程语言Java 作为开发工具，实现了一种灵活、可靠、易于部署的B/S绘图平台。系统提供了灵活的图元定制功能和完善的图形编辑、查询功能，实现了与配网实时信息紧密结合。通过系统的使用，可以提供完善的配网结构化信息，对提高配网可视化管理和运行管理水平有很大的现实意义。 关键词：J2EE； 配网；绘图；面向对象；组件化 1 引言 随着计算机技术的进步和电力系统不断的发展，配电网对管理信息化、可视化管理程度需求越来越高。图形化管理就是要对配网进行抽象、进行模拟，给管理人员提供形象、可靠的配网运行情况。根据文献[1-3]可知，目前很多配网图形系统不能对基本图形化元素（如杆塔、变压器等）进行灵活定制，相关属性信息和实时信息进行有机的集成也存在的问题；并且图形化系统软件大都采用单机模式，对于不同终端需要对同一个软件进行多次重复的配置安装；而配网管理网络是由各种各样的终端、服务器和PC 机组成的，
