基于赋权理论的家庭访视对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响 李贞贞，周 露，李现红，王红红 （410013长沙，中南大学护理学院基础护理学教研室） [摘要] 目的 探讨基于赋权理论的家庭访视在改善艾滋病患者生活质量、抑郁方面的效果。方法 选取艾滋病患者82例为研究对象，利用随机数字表法将纳入的研究对象分为干预组和对照组，每组41例，对照组进行常规的门诊健康宣教，干预组在此基础上实施基于赋权理论的家庭访视活动，内容包括并发症的自我管理、压力的自我管理及目标的自我管理等，比较干预后研究对象的生活质量、抑郁水平。结果 干预后，干预组流调中心抑郁量表（CESD）得分由28.51±11.89下降到17.13±6.33，生活质量得分由605.66±106.35上升到776.60±75.20；对照组CESD得分由25.38±10.70下降到21.85±7.62，生活质量得分由656.46±132.59上升到730.60±78.51，2组患者干预前后差异有统计学意义(F1=24.62,P10.01；F2=16.30,P20.01)。但是干预后，干预组生活质量和抑郁的变化幅度明显高于对照组(t1=5.10,P10.01；t2=4.04,P20.01)。结论 基于赋权理论的家庭访视在提高艾滋病患者的生活质量、降低抑郁水平方面有着明显的效果，值得在以后的工作中不断推广。 [关键词] 获得性免疫缺陷综合征；家庭访视；赋权；生活质量；抑郁 [中图法分类号] [文献标志码] A DOI：10.16016/j.1000-5404. 201410170 [项目基金] 2012中国全球基金艾滋病项目（CSO-2012-研06）；中南大学研究生自主创新项目（2013zzts302） [通信作者] 王红红，E-mail: honghong_wang@ The impact of family visit intervention on the quality of life in patients with HIV/AIDS: Based on the theory of empowerment Li Zhenzhen, Zhou Lu, Li Xianhong, Wang Honghong (Basic Nursing Teaching Room in Nursing School of Central South University, Changsha, Hunan Province,410013,China) [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of the family visit based on the empowerment theory on the quality of life and depression in patients with HIV/AIDS.
