PAGE PAGE 4 《药用高分子材料学Polymer science in pharmaceutics》(1112020040) 中药学院（中药学专业中药制药方向） 一、课程说明 1、该课程的目的和任务 药用高分子材料学的教学目的是使学生了解高分子材料学的最基本理论和药剂学中常用的高分子材料的结构、物理化学性质、性能及用途，并能初步应用这些基本知识来理解和研究高分子材料在一般药物制剂、控释及缓释制剂中的应用。 药用高分子材料学的教学任务是主要介绍以下两方面的基本知识：首先是高分子材料的一般知识，如命名、分类、化学结构；高分子材料的合成反应及化学反应(缩聚、加聚、共聚、聚合物的改性与老化)；高分子材料的化学特性和物理、力学性能。其次是药用高分子材料的来源、生产、化学结构、物理化学性质和应用。 The course goals of the Polymer Science in Pharmaceutics are expected to help understand the basic theories of polymer material science including structures, chemical and physical properties, performance and applications of polymer materials applied in the pharmacy. We hope the students can use the basic knowledge of the subject to understand and study the application of polymer materials in pharmaceutical preparations, controlled-release preparations and sustained-release preparations. Polymer Science in Pharmaceutics mainly introduces the basic knowledge of the following two aspects: the first one is the general knowledge of the polymer materials, such as the naming, classification and the chemical structure; polymer synthesis reactions and chemical reactions (polycondensation, addition polymerization, copolymerization, modification and aging of polymer); polymer chemical properties, physical properties and mechanics properties of polymer. The second one is the source, production, chemical structure, physical and chemical properties and applications of medical polymer materials. 2、课程的基本内容和要求 药用高分子材料学是为适应药剂学发展需要而设置的课程，在药剂学领域，应用天然高分子材料作为各种制剂的辅料已有久远的历史，人工合成的高分子材料在新型的药物传递系统中几乎成了不可缺少的组成部分。将药用高分子材料应用于药物制剂中可显示出它们特殊的优良性能，如对药物的渗透性、成膜性、粘着性、润湿性、溶解性、吸水膨胀性和增稠性等均有明显的影响，因此，了解和掌握高分子材料的基本知识，已成为药物制剂工作者的迫切需要。 药用高分子材料学应以药用高分子材料的基本理论和知识为基本讲授内容，着重介绍药用高分子材料在药剂学上的应用情况，结合各种常用的药物剂型来讲授高分子材料的具体使用方法，同时补充介绍药用高分子材料的最新发展动向，使学生了解新型药用高分子材料。 Polymer Science in Pharmaceutics is a course to meet the need of the development of pharmacy.
