摘 要 随着经济技术和计算机技术的发展，信息化在各个产业得到了迅速的发展， 对于青海东振工贸有限责任公司而言，过去对于绩效管理工作由人事部门进行管 理，管理效率较低，成本较高。 本绩效管理系统就是为了解决上述问题而进行具体的开发与实现中。首先系 统给出了青海东振工贸有限责任公司的相关背景信息，然后对绩效管理系统进行 了需求分析，分析了新系统的目标，相关功能模块的具体用例、性能需求和安全 需求，然后对系统的体系架构、网络架构及数据库进行了具体的设计。系统基于 B/S 架构，在实现环节主要通过流程图、活动图、类图方式对系统的员工信息、考 勤管理、绩效管理、系统管理、报表管理、工资管理进行了具体实现，采用的开 发平台为.NET。最后对青海东振工贸有限责任公司绩效管理系统进行了软件测试， 测试结果表明系统符合当初的设计需求，降低了成本，提高了公司绩效管理效率。 关键词：绩效管理系统 办公自动化 .NET B/S Abstract With the development of economy and computer technology, the information in each industry has been a rapid development,for the Dongzhen company in the past the performance management by the Department of personnel which lead to low efficiency and high cost. The performance management system is to solve the above problems and specific development and implementation. First of all, the system gives the relevant background information of Dongzhen company ,then carries on the demand analysis to the performance management, analy the objectives of the new system, the relevant functional modules of the specific case, performance requirements and security requirements then has carried on the concrete design of the system architecture, network architecture and database. The system based on B/S architecture, in the implementation part mainly through flow diagram, activity diagram, class diagram on the system of employee information, attendance management, performance management, system management, report management, salary management to carry on the concrete realization, the system of coal mining plan is developed with .NET platform. Finally the Dongzhen company performance management system has carried on software test, the test results show that the system meets the design requirements of the original, reduces the cost, improves the companys performance management efficiency.
