AbstraelTitle：RESEARCH Abstrael Title：RESEARCH ON FLOOD CONTROL DSS OF SHAANXl BASED ON CBR AND KNOWLEDGE PORTAL Major：Business Administration Name：Yingna ZHAI Signature：Z当竺岁 Supervisor：Associate prof．Yongjin ZHANG Signatu Abstract Knowledge management(KM)could manage explicit knowledge effectively,mine the tacit(implicit)knowledge，and realize greater sharing of knowledge．It has gradually demonstrated its important function in informatization．Based on the National“863”project， this paper takes the flood control business in Shaanxi province as its studying background， puts forward an Intelligent Decision Support System with the theories of knowledge management．The study’S aim is to promote knowledge management in flood control，and make flood control decision·making timely and scientificly．The paper’S main contents include： O)Sy the analysis of KM theories and the current state of flood control business in Shaanxi Province，and the concrete analysis of the functions and architecture of Shaanxi flood control IDSS from KM，proposes the model of Shaanxi flood control IDSS bases on KM． (2)According to theory and methods of knowledge acquisition，this paper adopts the method Case·Based Reasoning(CBR)，studies on the case reasoning、 retrieval reasoning and learning，forwards the frame of Shaanxi flood control knowledge acquisition module based on CBR，provides an important approach for decision-makers to acquire the required flood control knowledge and especially the experienced knowledge in flood control field． (3)It adopts the knowledge portal technology,according to the concepts，functions and required flood control applications，does a role—based analysis on different flood control decision—making users，and has designed flood control knowledge portal module in IDSS， integrated the application modules of flood control decision-making into portal system， realized the users’uniform logging and personal demand． (4)This paper integrates the information tech
