Therefore it has all important significance to make researches on enterprise compensation management. In recent years.compensation problem of powet industry has attracted much attention to many scholars.govemments at all levels and society.How to establish compensation management syrstem that suit to the characteristics of power enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of power enterprises is all important issue that the development of national economy especially the electric power meets currently.
