Because, exhibition industry is a spectrum of the rising sun industry, not only can bring host city ideal economic benefits, but also a considerable social benefits, promote the whole city be strong rapid economic development. At present, our country about 200 many medium and small cities are in expanding exhibition activities, put forward \to Hoaxing city\ strategy slogan. In the developing of the exhibition industry in the meanwhile, we also cannot ignore exhibition activities to bring the influence of the host city. Taking Guangzhou exhibition industry development as the research object, based in Guangzhou exhibition development characteristics, analyzes its development process and development present situation, at the same time in Guangzhou to the exhibition activities influence on urban development to the concrete analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
