AbstractAlong Abstract Along with the global economy continually integrated，since last century 80s，the intemational trade protectionism has been strengthened．Dumping and antidumping is one of serious problems in modem international trade．As the largest developing country and main trade country,China has been the main target and the first casualty nation． The exported chemical product has been an important ingredient among the Chinese exported commodity．But in recent years，the chemical exported product has been a main target of intemational anti-dumping against China．If the tendency is not stopped effectively，it will be a large obstacle to Chinese chemical foreign trade．It has been an important practical project how to safeguard the profit of nation and enterprise．This thesis analyses the actuality,character,influence，and causes of antidumping against China’s exported chemical product based on expatiating the theory of dumping and antidumping and international antidumping Iaws．The countermeasures are pointed out for the governor,trade and business association and the exporting enterprise． The first chapter is preface．The flame of research，related theory,main work and contribution included． The second chapter is the restraints of anti—dumping against Chinese chemical exported product．This chapter introduces the basic situation of our country chemical industry．It expatiates all--sides the status of anti--dumping against Chinese chemical exported product．Meanwhile，the chapter analyzes the main character and influence of the foreign countries’implementing anti—dumping against China． The third chapter analyses the profound reason that Chinese chemical product encounter for the foreign anti—dumping from the subjectiveness and objectiveness． The fourth chapter is countermeasures to anti-dumping against Chinese chemical exported product．This chapter brings forward the strategy to the foreign anti-dumping，based on the causes of the anti—dumping against Chinese chemical export
