摘 摘 要 石油工业是对油田进行勘探、开发的连续生产过程。其中勘探阶段是石油工 业的初级阶段，也是石油工业的决定性阶段，该阶段的最大特点是风险大投资高。 勘探阶段的主要目的是判明勘探活动的有效性，以判明勘探活动是否继续深入以 致开发还是停止。本文从勘探阶段的特点出发，提出了勘探阶段的技术经济评价 界限研究方法，为合理选择油气勘探项目、提高经济效益，降低勘探风险具有重 大的理论指导和现实意义。 本文对油气经济评价中的主要参数一油价进行探讨。提出采用“决策油价” 进行油气项目的评价可以克服国内外油价起伏剧烈对经济评价结果的影响，使评 价期较长的油气项目的评价结果更为合理。 《油气建设项目经济评价方法与参数》的制定，为油田进行经济效益分析提 供了依据。但是这些方法原则性较强，较少涉及具体计算方法。本文针对这些方 法，结合多年的油气勘探生产工作经验，对现金流量法进行了研究，列出了计算 公式，并编制了相应的评价软件，使得经济评价的准确性及效率大大提高。 应用经济评价方法进行勘探经济界限研究，则是对勘探生产的具体指导应 用。本文提出了判碉勘探阶段有效往的四个主要指标一储量规模、储量丰度、经 济油流、发现成本，对四个指标分别提出了研究方法。并根据华北油田的资料进 行了实例研究。 关键词：勘探经济界限储量规模储量丰度经济油流发现成本 AbstractPetroleum Abstract Petroleum industry is a suocessire production process from oil-gas exptoration to exploitation．Exploration is the primary and also the decisive stage of it．ne most obvious characteristic of oil-gas exploration is uncertainty．The main aim of exploration is to figure out the profit and so as to ascertain the next step whether to continue the next step or to stop．This thesis promotes the economic berderline method for exploration．The method is very important and USeful for improving economic benefit and reducing exploration risk． 皿is thesis studies on the oil price-primary parameter in the petroleum economic evatuation and brings fotward a new petmleLlm economic parameter-一decisive oil price．T1lis parametor can overcome the drawback of the fluctuation of oil price in the world wide，It makes the evatuation conclusion of petroleum project of long period reasonable， Economic evaluation method and parameter for petroleum project provides economic analytic method for petroleum P日0{ect．But th∞e methods emphasize principtes and are short of concrete calculation．This thesis．based on my own exploratory experience of severaI years，studles cash current,calculates the method and programs evaluation software．These methods enormously improve the exactness and efficiency ofevaluation for cxploratory pmject． Exploratory economic borderline method is all important guidance for exploration．This thesis
