摘要高校学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要内容之一，是维护学校 摘要 高校学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要内容之一，是维护学校 正常教学秩序、保证学生健康成长的基础性工作。以人为本是一种适 应未来管理尤其是大学管理发展趋势的科学理念，以人为本的高校学 生管理工作成了21世纪的必然。 以人为本在高校学生管理工作中就是以生为本，以满足学生的需 要，发挥学生的主动性与创造性，促进学生的健康成长和全面发展为 管理目标。要实现真正的以人为本高校学生管理工作，必须在观念上 树立服务观念，完善服务机制；在人员上进行保障，提高学生管理工 作者的素质，走专业化、高学历的道路：在环境方面进行保障，创设 良好的有利于学生的全面发展硬环境和软环境，对学生进行情感管理， 创设和谐的师生关系；发挥学生的主体性，实行学生的自我教育、自 我管理和参与管理；在制度上进行保障，实行高校学生管理工作的“法 治”。 本研究的目的：一是丰富高校学生管理的理论；二是为高校学生 管理工作实践提供有效的指导。 关键词：以人为本，高校学生管理工作，学生管理工作者，学生 College College students’administration is all important part of the administration work in universities in that it helps to maintain a normal teaching order and provide students with a healthy environment which may benefit them in their future life．The human．oriented idea is a scientific one that complies with the trend of the future administration，especially that of the universities，which foretells that it will be a necessity of the 21 century college students’administration． The human．oriented idea can be transformed into the student—oriented idea to meet the circumstances of college students’ administration，thus setting up the managerial objective of satisfying students’needs，bringing the initiative and creativity of the students into full play,and providing an environment that will be of benefit to the healthy growth and all-around development of the students．To achieve the student-oriented administration authentically,it is necessary to adopt the concept of service and perfect the mechanism of service；to provide enough managing staff of students and at the same time improve their capability,hence forming a managing staff with specialized knowledge and high degrees；to create a favorable environment for the students and implement affective administration SO that teachers and students can live in harmony with each other；to give full scope to the initiative of the students， in in this way they can teach themselves，manage by themselves and participate in the administration work；and last but not least to
