ABSTRACTCompafed ABSTRACT Compafed to the developed country,enterprises engaged in the Third Party Logistics in China remain large distance。Currently most logistics enterprises in China provide transportation，storage and other common services,featuring extensive competitiveness strncture,and the rivals among tend to imitate each other．Wim the competitions in the logistics business become more and more severe，the domestic logistics enterprises should take hold of the opportunity to cdtivate their core competitiveness．Huada Logistics Company(hereinafter calledHuada)located in Foshan,which is on the Pead River Delta Area,its business covers cargo transportation by vehicle and railway,storage and distribution, import and export customs declaration service，long—distance ocean transportation, international express and information$e13riCe based on the Iutemet．Among its logistics business,its storage and distribution service is prominent while its warehouse far lags behind the requirement of its business development．To meet requirement of the long-term development ofthe company，as well as tO provide its镯翩簌燃ofhighly efficient all-in-one service,also to assist its customers in expanding business capacity,Huada puts the construction ofanother warehouse＆distribution center in its ambitious agenda． Under this background,this thesis is going to probe into the location planning of the warehousedistribution center for Huada。Based on the current conditions of the logistics business in Pearl Delta area and Foshan City together with the situation of Huada,this paper analyses the economy in Pearl Delta Area and logistics development conditions in Foshan City，as well as the economic development in Foshan and the development of logistics business；analyses the opportunity generated from the regional economy development for the Third Party Logistics business；combined with analysis of Huada’S enterprises development strategy and its present development phase,competition environment,logistic
