摘 摘 要 随着中国证券市场的发展，越来越多的投资者开始进行股票投 资，中国证券市场发展迅速，但是制度不完善，立法不完善等问题都 使得证券市场处于相对比较混乱状态。面对众多的上市公司，投资者 在选择股票投资时缺乏必要的理性，因此为了能够更加清晰的了解股 票市场的运行，提高投资的能力，本文对酒店娱乐板块的上市公司做 整体价值分析，并着重选择华天酒店集团有限公司作为分析的对象。 通过对国内外关于公司投资价值文献回顾的基础上，本文对公司 投资价值的相关理论进行了分析。接着通过实证研究酒店娱乐板块上 市公司的投资价值，采用因子分析的方法，结论证实了华天酒店集团 股份有限公司具有比较大的投资价值，在行业中处于一个中等水平。 最后单独对华天酒店的投资价值进行分析，主要采用财务分析的角度 以及对该公司的股票价值进行评估的角度来判断华天酒店的投资价 值。研究发现华天酒店的经营水平有所下降，因为有内部和外部的影 响，但与此同时华天酒店也面临着新一轮的发展机遇，因此公司可以 通过整合优化资源，改善经营，就能提高竞争力，其投资价值在未来 时间还具有很大的提升空间。 本文通过理论与实证相结合的方式对上市公司的投资价值进行 分析，旨在为公司本身及投资者提供一定的意义指导，以便降低投资 风险，获得更高收益。 关键词华天酒店，因子分析，财务分析，价值评估 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the development of stock market in china,more and more investors started to invest on stock market．However，due the level of China’S stock market and the problem of legislation，the market existed some speculation phenomenon．In order to give investor a clear understanding of the stock manet and let them more reasonal，this paper chose Hotel Entertainment industry as research obj ect and selected Huatian Hotel as sample to make analysis．The aim is to let investor know how to invest in stock market．Based on the review of related litreture and company value theory，this paper used factor analysis to research investing value in Hotel emertainmem industry．The result proved that Huatian Hotel did have some investing value because of the medium level．At last，this paper did more analysis on Huatian Hotel which mainly used financial analysis and valued the company stock．The result showed that there is a decline in management level during these years．Due to the internal and extemal reasons，Huatian Hotel should pay more attention to this situation．However，it also faced a good opportunity in 20 1 0，SO Huatian Hotel should catch this chance and integrated all the resource in the company to improve the managing level and the competence．This company still have great investing value in later years． This paper used theoritical and empirical apporach to analyse the investing value in order to guid
