MBA学位论文作者:杨松毅 MBA学位论文作者:杨松毅 华隆公司员工流动问题研究 ABSTRACT With the impact of international financial crisis and the strength of domestic enterprises in China,foreign—funded enterprises are facing severe brain drain.Hi.gh rate of employee drain for foreign-funded enterprises poses a}mge threat to their survival and development,which greatly limited the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China.Therefore,It is important to keep their outstanding employees, reduce the rate of abdication,promote their development in our country and improve the environment for foreign investment by studying the condition of employee flow, seeking the impact of employee flow to overseas-funded enterprises,studying the reason of employee flow in a deep-going way and formulating scientific countermeasures. The paper takes HUALONG MACHINERY CO.,LTD as the research object. For foreign employees flowing problems, and using HR flow theory,it analyzes the condition and the problem of the employee flow in the company.On this basis,the paper also analyzes its cost and benefit of staff mobility,and the impact of the rate of brain drain to brain drain.At last,the paper proposes the employee drain management system in the company,and it explains that the HR should strictly supervise staff recruitment to assess their career potential to make a real post pre-concept,and to make trial management and training management well.At the same time,scientific and comprehensive employment system should be established.Making a good job of employee internal flow management,and using scientific system of promotion and the internal rotation are 900d measures in order to clear career path,SO that internal horizontal and vertical mobility are unimpeded flow.In addition,the company should strengthen employee drain management,including the resignation and redundancy management.Enterprises need to improve HR management functions to create a corporat
