上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT APPLICATION STUDY ON BALANCING AT ARMATURE ASSEMBLY PRODUCT LINE BASE ON MOTION AND TIME ANALYSE ABSTRACT As changeable capital market and increasing fierce market competition, Now phase enterprises pay attention to how decrease production cost, rise production rate, decrease production waste and increase integral enterprise harmony in traditional enterprises. In real process of production, balance rate is used to evaluate the performance of production line. In some respect, it show production rate and production capacity. In the traditional product system, it is a problem that capacity is low and can’t meet customer need because cycle time is not balance in assembly line. We apply motion and time analyze, line balance method. We redesign a line and reappraise the workstation. The balance rate is from 84.1% to 91.17% and production rate is raised in the line. For the traditional production line balancing improvement, it would be managed by product engineer who is not directly in the production activity. So it’s hard to improve and hard to get understand of operators. It is a problem for company management. The balance wall is used in the paper to combine engineer and operator. It also combines industrial engineering and company production to make good try for raising production rate and decreasing cost.
