T h is pap er fo cuses on th e cu rrent situation o f un derg radu ate stud en ts w h o w ere or are en g ag ed in enterp rise intern sh ip , taking S h an gh ai as ex am ple for case study an aly sis, by collectin g m aterials an d in form ation in th e w ay of qu estio nn aires an d face-to -face interv iew s, th e resp on d en ts in clu d es stu den t intern s, th e un iv ersities an d en terp rises adm in istrators.
