Abstract: T he non- linear fire- resistant properties o f continuou s beam s w ere ana lysed, according to the const itutive
m odels o fm ateria l at d ifferent tem peratures. By ca lculating the u ltmi ate loads and m echanica l properties of reinforced
concrete continuou s beam at h igh-tem perature, the change law of internal force redistribut ion and deform at ion w ere
analyzed for d ifferent load ing posit ions and levels and d ifferent num bers of heated spans. The resutt show s that, in
heat ing process, the internal force redistribution and the form at ion of plastic h inges at h igh tem perature in cont inuou s
beam w ere caused by different load ing posit ion and level, wh ich can change the fa ilure pattern of structure
