For your information, I was not on holiday. I just returned from China yesterday after a 3 week trip visiting our existing suppliers. We cannot purchase anything from your company based on these ridiculous prices and conditions you are suggesting.
I can answer you as follows and you decide if you want to continue doing business with HWK or not:
1. Noted, we import over $40,000,000 per year from China and we know this situation well. No need to explain.
2. Also noted.

4. Sorry we are in Latin America, not USA or Europe. Here we order POPLAR only since it is cheaper. Otherwise cannot order these items.

In spite of all of the above points, most of our China suppliers know and understand what a large and important customer we are and have not increased prices more than 5% at most. Some have only increased 3% this year. Therefore, we expect you to respect our prices if you want to continue doing business with us and send the correct sales contract. Also, our Yiwu suppliers offer much cheaper copies of your items which are much more expensive so I suggest you at least maintain your prices.
Quantity: We will revise only after you confirm the prices based on POPLAR and minimizing the price increase since we cannot do business with your company otherwise.
Delivery time: OK.
