2132 份粪便标本仪器自动化检验和手工方法结果分析 （湖北襄阳临床检验中心 李智山教授） 【摘要】 目的 观察科瑞杰粪便分析仪与手工操作结果的符合程度，评价仪器的临床实 用性。方法 收集住院患者合格粪便标本2132 例，使用粪便分析仪检测标本的理学性状、病 理有形成份和潜血试验，同时由经验丰富的检验人员通过镜检和手工方法进行对比检测，比 较两法结果的一致性，分析粪便分析仪的临床实用性。结果 粪便分析仪与手工法的粪便 理学结果间无统计学差异(P0.05);使用粪便常规分析仪检出红细胞154例、白细胞124 例、 脂肪滴65例、霉菌34例、虫卵5例，检测结果与手工方法镜检结果间无统计学差异（P0.05); 粪便分析仪潜血检验阳性173 例，与手工法符合率为100%。结论 粪便分析仪检验结果与手 工检验结果基本相符，且具有操作简便、检测过程标准化，有效避免标本污染等优点，可取 代手工法进行推广应用。 【关键词】 粪便分析仪；手工法；结果对比 Comparative analysis of Courage stool analyzer and manual method results LI Zhishan. To evaluate the clinical utility of the stool analyzer. Methods The qualified stool specimens of 2132 cases of hospitalized patients were collected.The science characters, pathological visible components and occult blood test of stool samples were detected by the stool analyzer. The samples were tested with microscope examination and manual methods by experienced inspectors at the same time.the consistency of the results of the two methods was evaluated. The clinical utility of the fecal analyzer were analysis. Results There aren’t differences were found between the results of specimens characters tested by stool analyzer compared with manual operation results (P0.05). 154 cases had red blood cells, 124 cases had white blood cells, 65 cases had fat droplets, 34 cases had yeast like fungus and 5 had parasite eggs detected by the stool analyzer.
