优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 ABSTR A(玎 ABSTRACT Purpose：Based onReport of Chinas Regional Innovative Ability’(published in the years of 2001，2002，2003，2004·2005 and 2005-2006)written by China Strategic Research Group of Technologic Development,this paper analyses the development of China’S regional innovative ability based on knowledge acquisition．It researches main factors which affect the differences betwcen innovative ability of various regions from the angle of quantization．Then,the paper gives some suggestions on improving regional innovative ability． Means：Firstly,this paper probes into the development of China’S regional innovative ability．Secondly,it confirms factors which affect knowledge acquisition levels，which is regard to technologic cooperation,technologic transfer and foreign direct investments．Meanwhile，based on qualitative analysis，it makes a quantitative analysis by combining more regarding indexes．It analyses main factors which affect the knowledge acquisition of China’S 3 1 provinces，cities and municipalities during 2001 and 2005．Knowledge acquisition of these areas arc researched fiom the field of regional economic development level，regional technologic development,regional degree of opening。regional hi班er education level and regional internet basis platform conslruction． Outcome： 1．Innovative ability of Mainland China grows fast,but the development of innovative ability is not balanceable．Knowledge acquisition ability of some developed ar锐tS，such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong,is much stronger than that of other are．as． 2．It is found that innovative ability based on knowledge acquisition is strongly related to regional economic development level，regional technologic development, regionaldegreeofopening,regionalhi班ereducationlevelandregionalinteractbasis Ⅱ platform platform construction- 3．According to principal component analysis，regional innovative ability is strongly affected by amount traded of tcghnology market,patent number among p
