ABSTRACTOptimizing ABSTRACT Optimizing oftrade structure and industrial structure adjustment has always been a hot issue in the field of economic research．These two issues play锄important role in economic development,both optimized for the economy has had a significant role in promoting foreign trade and adjust both the development and industrial structure there are certain complementarity between them．Since the reform and opening up，Beijing trade structure and industrial structure have a rapid development．Meanwhile，with the start of a new round of the year before last’S Beijing position，we need to change the economic center of this feature．And we also need tO promote the coordinated development ofthe surrounding cities． What’S more，a result ofBeijing trade structure and industrial structure adjustment will slow prelude slowly opened． In this paper,the knowledge of economics and statistics is used to the research of the affect in both way of trade and industrial structures．Also，in this paper,current situation and problems from the perspective of trade structure of trade in goods and services，while exploring the relationship between it and the industry structure．According to the statistics and measurement of trade in goods and services trade and export structure and industrial structure correlation analysis for the results obtained，we propose the policy recommendations． In the next few years，Beij ing govemment should continue to vigorously develop trade services to maintain the advantage of it in Beij ing；strengthen the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading only to the comparative advantage of Beijing’S foreign trade structure of the transition from labor advantage for capital and technological advantages；improve the structure of export industrial，take advantage of the region led to the development of Beij ing，Tianj in and Beijing surrounding cities；improve the transmission mechanism，establish a rationa
