A Case Study on Motivation Management of Intermediate Managerial
Staff of Company—D Abstract
As the transfoITnation of the real estate market continues.harbor-related real estate which is based on the harbor-related industry has become the new target and highlight of the real estate enterprises.In resent years,regional governments take importance in developing of the
unification between the urban and harbor zone and have made a great effort in pushing the
development of the harbor-related economy and its relevant industry chain.Port—D as the important port of north-east Asia,promotes the development of harbor—related real estate based on the traditional shipping handling and logistical services for catering to the economy
situation.Human resource is the necessary support for the real-estate field expanding,and intermediate managerial staffs that have strong skills on port management and master the real estate knowledge at the same time have very important status in enterprises.
Company·-D being the carrier for Port--D in real estate developing has broadly representative in the harbor-related real estate industry,and it is of great value of reference on the research of motivation management of the intermediate managerial staff in port-related
industry.
Through the case studies,based on current phenomenon existing of Company D,this paper analyzes the problems on motivation system for intermediate managerial staff in
Company-D.and provides improvements with the aid of theories.T11is paper has four parts. First part makes a brief introduction on Port—D and makes sure the research subj ection and methods.Second part introduces Company-D situation and the typical cases to represent the problems in the management of motivation system.Third.this paper analyzes the problems above based on the theories.Finally,being aimed at motivation management of intermediate managerial staff,this paper provides improvements and advices.
