石家庄铁道大学四方学院毕业设计 车间变电所及低压配电系统设计 The Design of Workshop Substation and Low-voltage Power Distribution System 2013 届 电气工程 系 专 业 电气工程及其自动化 学　　号 学生姓名 孙建彬 指导老师 完成日期 2013年5 月27日 摘　要 变电所是电力系统的重要组成部分，车间变电所起着变换和分配电能的作用，它直接影响整个电力系统的安全与经济运行，在工厂中有着极其重要的作用。 在对任务书的设计要求分析后，设计需要完成以下工作：工厂的负荷计算和无功功率的补偿；变电所位置和形式的选择；变电所主变压器的选择，主接线方案的设计与短路电流计算；变电所一次设备与进出线的选择、校验；变电所二次回路的选择及继电保护的整定；防雷保护和接地装置设计；主接线图等。 本次设计是关于标准件厂冷镦车间10千伏车间变电所及低压配电系统的设计。最先从车间的布局考虑，参考了现在很多工厂的平面设计图，从各部分布局的合理性和经济性入手，对工厂厂区的供电进行了设计。从接线方式和各部分的计算入手，其中包括负荷计算和短路电流的计算、一次设备稳定度的校验。接下来进行了对变电所高压进线和低压出线的选择，车间配电线路的设计。在变电所二次回路设计及继电保护整定当中，考虑了各方面的保护及对保护器具的选择，防雷以及接地保护，考虑到了车间布局的实际情况进行了对防雷接地设备的选择和设计。最终利用CAD软件画好了主接线图和车间平面布置图。 关键词：负荷计算　短路电流　继电保护　 Abstract Substation is an important part of power system,workshop substation plays a role in transformation and distribution of electricity,which directly affect the security and economic power system operation,the plant has an extremely important role.  Book design tasks in requirements analysis,the paper consists of the following parts:Load calculation and compensation of reactive power of the circuit;Location and type selection of substation;Selection of main transformer in substation,design and calculation of short circuit current of main wiring scheme;Selection of substation primary equipment and feeders,check;Selection of secondary circuit of substations and relay protection setting;Design of lightning protection and earthing devices;Main wiring diagram.
