中文摘要论文摘要 中文摘要 论文摘要 目前我国正处在快速城市化的过程当中，城市空间特别是居住空间建设正 如火如茶。这样的发展形势在带来了众多好处的同时也带来和诸如城市建设的 “简单化”、城市土地资源浪费、城市交通环境和人居环境恶化等等的问题。因 此，在我国城市伴随经济快速发展20多年以后，有必要在对过去城市、居住空间 的建设进行总结和回顾，并在此基础上提出符合我国国情的居住空间——社区建 设模型，以指导未来城市建设走集约的可持续发展之路。 社区在内涵上与居住小区有很大差异，社区不仅仅包括物质层面的空间， 更包括聚集在相对独立的区域内，通过社会交往而形成的人口共同体以及他们之 间的关系。因此，本文对于当前我国新社区理想模型的研究不仅仅局限在传统物 质规划层面，也广泛涉及到了社会、经济等学科的知识，希望能够在一个较为全 面的理论基础上，对社区模型提出更完备的设想。 本文以建设集约、高效、以人为本的社区为前提，针对我国城市目前的开 发体制、建设思路、居民需要等等缓解进行分析，从社区形态空间建设和社区管 理组织建设入手，勾勒出建设城市新社区理性模型的基本原则及设计特点，同时 对于国外城市社区建设中成功的实践策略与我国居住空间建设中好的范例进行 简要分析，探讨适合我国国情的社区建设策略，以实现我国城市与社区发展的美 好蓝图。 关键词：居住空间建设理论与实践社区建设理想模型实践策略 AbstfactA Abstfact A BSTRACT The expansion of urban space，especially liVing space is raging through China amid its rapid urbanization．This trend brings about many problems aIongside numerous benents，such as the¨the confomnist p粕ctice in urbanization¨，’’the waste of urban land resources”，and¨the deterioration of urban tra币c and housing conditions． Therefore，it is imperatiVe to review and summarize the construction of urban and liVing space aRer 20 years of urban expansjon driVen by rapid economic gro、Vth and on this basis to fomulate a model of community constllJction，the kind of living space that suits China，so as to lead urban construction along a route of intensive and sustained deVelopment． Dif俺ring greatly f．rom IiVing block in tems of connotation，a community includes group of peopIe who“Ve in a separate space and f．0nn a union through their Social aSsociations，柚d their reIations as well as some physical space．The exploration for锄ideal and new modeI of communi哆in this article goes beyond the臼．aditional plane of physical design and embraces much l(nowledge of social and economic science in the hope ofbuilding a sound theoretical basis fbr such a modeI． With an intensiVe，efncient，and people-oriented communi哆 as itS ultimate goal，the article analyses China’s urban deVelopmental pattem，main-sn．e锄notion of construction，and the needs of residents，and sketches the如ndamental principIes
