AcknowledgmentsThis Acknowledgments This paper was finished in April 1 0m，20 1 6．Many people have offered me valuable help in my thesis writing． My gratitude first goes to Professor Liu Ymg，my supervisor who，with great patience and persistent encouragement，gave me help by suggesting genuine advice and offering inspiration of paper writing．It is her invaluable suggestions that draw my attention to the shortcomings and make my thesis begeg Without her support,this thesis could not been completed． Then,I锄pleased to acknowledge professor Jiang for helping me to review and correct the mistakes． Besides，my sincere thanks also goes to my foreign friend Mathew for his assistance throughout the preparation，modification and the fmal work of thesis． Finally,in particular,I anl also indebted to all teachers in the Foreign Languages College of Guanepd University and my parents，their care and support is the driving force for my continuous efforts． 万方数据 《临床毒理学》翻译项目报告摘要 《临床毒理学》翻译项目报告 摘要 在医学教材建设方面，据统计，截止2013，我国出版的医学翻译 教材仅5l册，其中英译汉教材约24册。但随着改革开放的深入和科学 技术的不断发展，我国的医学翻译教材急需进一步提高。临床毒理学是 在药理学与毒理学基础上发展起来的一门学科，与临床医学、药学关系 密切。尽管广西医科大学处于较为领先的地位，对毒理学的翻译研究已 经有了一定的实践基础，但是，至今尚无出版社发行的教材。2015年， 广西医科大学公共卫生学院姜岳明教授申报主编全国高等学校教材《临 床毒理学》(第1版，人民卫生出版社，2016)选题获批，并组织北京 大学、复旦大学、浙江大学等46所高校70多位教授、专家参编。同时， 姜岳明教授组织学生对美国毒理学专家Frank A．Barile编写的专著临 床毒理学》(第2版)进行翻译，该翻译项目将对’《临床毒理学》教材 的编写与医学生教学提供十分重要的科学参考价值。这一翻译项目将对 广西医科大学公共卫生学院的教材编写和教学水平的提高具有重要意 义。 本报告讨论的是《临床毒理学》英译中翻译项目。 《临床毒理学》 一书主要包括三大部分内容：基础毒理学、治疗性药物毒副反应、非治 疗性药物毒副反应。本人参与第一部分基础毒理学前三个章节的翻译， 即风险评估和管理毒理学、药物副作用的治疗监测、人类毒素的分类。 万方数据 本报告分为六个部分： 本报告分为六个部分： 第一部分是毒理学及其教材翻译的简要介绍。 第二部分是翻译项目的详细阐述。第三部分介绍译前准备工作。第四部 分介绍翻译阶段，其中重点分析了翻译项目中大量出现的医学词汇、复 杂句和机辅翻译等问题，探讨了相应的翻译策略。第五部分是翻译校审 和自我评估以及对整个翻译过程和论文过程的总结归纳。 报告表明，基于功能对等理论，在医学医药类文本翻译过程中，译 者应非常重视信息传达的准确性、严谨程度和逻辑关联性，同时还要考 虑翻译文本应符合医学文体表达要求。希望本翻译项目报告能为类似医 学类文章的翻译提供借鉴与参考。 关键词：翻译项目 临床毒理学翻译策略案例分析 万方数据 Proj Proj eet Report on the Translation of Clinical Toxicology Abstract In the compilation of medical textbooks，according to statistics，until 2013
